This process is carried out at the beginning or pilot run of the production line and is based on the customer's specifications and reference sample (if available).

The Pre-production inspection includes checking the key components and materials, monitoring the assembly process and the first production set up, product check for the function, specification, appearance, accessories and packing condition.

The Pre-production inspection is to find out all the potential defects in the products and solve the problems before the mass production starts.

We will be there and we will help you to find a solution when it is still possible to amend the final sample. Nothing is more important than a pre-production inspection. If you don't trust 100% your supplier, this inspection is basically the most important one for the success of your production.
